At Perfect Touch We take your Privacy very seriously.

We are committed to giving all customers the choice to opt-in to continue receiving information from us regarding new Treatments and offers. (which you can alter at any time and withdraw) If you choose to opt in we will retain your contact information however if we do not hear from you we will remove your contact details from our online systems and purely keep a contact number for legitimate contact such as confirming an appointment or contacting you if you are late for your appointment.

We, perfect touch, ask for contact information when booking an appointment by way of name, contact telephone number and or email. That is added to our booking system "oVATU" to allow us to send you reminders of the appointment that you have booked, confirm the appointment, and also any amendments you may need to make and also contacting you legitimately for your appointment needs.

Ovatu is a secure booking system which only perfect touch Staff and ovatu pty ltd have access to. it is secured with passwords and pin numbers. our data is secured and stored by Ovatu PTY Ltd in the United states on Amazon Web Services Data centres covered and protected by the EU-US privacy shield framework

we do not share your details with any third parties.

Some Appointments we will ask you to complete a disclaimer including consent to have the treatment you have booked, relevant for the specific appointment you are attending and documenting health information, allergies and contact details for insurance purposes so that we can offer safe treatments. As well as documenting exactly what treatment you have had for our public and medical liabilities insurance. This is for our clients safety should a problem arise. 

This Information is filed alphabetically in a locked cabinet and only accessed by  perfect touch staff, who have signed a confidentiality agreement.

We will hold your data for a minimum of 7 years as requested by our insurers after which it will be securely destroyed. however if you are still receiving treatments 7 years on we will continue to update your personal records accordingly. 

This is the data we may ask you for :

• Name (So we know who you are)

• Contact Details (So we can Text you Appointment reminders (FREE of charge) or call you if we need to know more about your existing or new appointments)

• Date of Birth (this is because Under 16 require Parental Consent)

• Email (So we can email booking Requests, receipts and reminders and also if you wish to contact you marketing material such as offers and services we offer)

• Medical information (Only relevant to Certain Treatments. We would need to know certain Allergies, ongoing health issues or medication you may have, this is in order to be able to provide you with the correct treatments and to advise you with all the necessary information)

• Address (So we can send you gift vouchers which you have ordered from us, and keep you up to date with relevant marketing material)

We ask you to keep us informed of any change of details to ensure we keep our records up to date and we will regularly check to confirm the details we hold.

SAR (Subject Access REQUEST) Your Data can be viewed at any time simply by contacting us via email to [email protected]

Also if you no longer want us to keep any data we hold about you, ovatu has the ability to delete all online data we hold about you. we will however continue to keep any other data required by our insurers for 7 years due to record keeping requirements.
